He is the founder of Greg Pointer Ministries and the visionary behind the Change360 Kingdom Community, a global Kingdom ecosystem focused on formation, activation, and advancement.

Greg carries a mandate to help lead people into a new era of Kingdom authority—awakening identity, restoring divine order, and positioning sons and daughters of God to influence every sphere of society. His work centers on reforming mindsets, structures, and leadership models so God’s people are not only inspired, but properly aligned and equipped to advance the Kingdom in practical, measurable ways.

Through apostolic teaching, training, mentorship, and consulting, Greg works with leaders in ministry, the marketplace, and community development—helping them navigate seasons of transition, clarify assignment, and move forward with confidence and authority. Greg is passionate about building governed Kingdom communities, developing leaders who think strategically and spiritually, and establishing systems that reflect God’s design for influence, stewardship, and expansion. His leadership flows from a deep commitment to seeing lives transformed, the Body reformed, and the culture of the Kingdom established as the dominant influence in the earth.

I established Change360 out of a deep conviction that many of God’s people are not lacking passion or sincerity—but alignment, structure, and positioning.

Over the years, I have watched believers grow inspired yet remain stuck, gifted yet underdeveloped, called yet unclear on how to move forward. I saw lives marked by genuine hunger for God, but often shaped by systems that emphasized routine over formation and activity over order. I knew there had to be more.

Change360 was birthed to respond to moments of transition, disruption, and divine reset—seasons where God is not simply calling His people to do more, but to realign. This community exists to cultivate Kingdom identity, restore divine order, and activate sons and daughters of God to walk in clarity, authority, and purpose.

I did not build Change360 to replicate a traditional model. I built it as a Kingdom ecosystem—a governed space for formation, function, and forward movement. A place where people are not just inspired, but properly positioned to advance God’s purposes in their lives, leadership, and assignments.

Change360 is a community, not a crowd. An assembly, not a service. It is designed for those who sense they are in a Change360 moment and are ready to respond with intention, obedience, and movement.
